Steam Cleaner is a practical and easy handy machine.
After having plugged in and pressed the switch on, located on the generator front, it just needs a few minutes to reach proper operating conditions. The generator can work either only with water or added with suitable cleaning solutions. The eventual cleaning solution's utilize needs to select a proper switch located on the generator front too.
Steam Cleaner is designed and manufactured with very resistant and high quality materials and components dedicated to last several years under the hardest working conditions, in compliance with EC standards and with hygienic and sanitary standards in force.
The structure is made of stainless steel AISI 304, equipped with carrying handle and includes a portable cart with heavy duty casters and a 100 foot power cord with reel. The stainless steel boiler 18/10 is corrosion proofing and not etching by limestone and it is I.S.P.E.S.L. and T.U.V. certified.
It works just with water and has a lasting and constant autonomy operation. Thanks to the super-heated high pressure steam at 182°C and at 10 BAR working pressure, it is possible to remove grease, oil, flux, adhesive, fingerprints and many other contaminants easily even in the very difficult reachable points reducing remarkably operation times.
Steam Cleaner is environmental safe as it doesn't need to utilize chimical agents and consequently it gets rid of elimination problems and costs.
The machine is provided of two tanks: the first containing water and the other one containing the eventual cleaning solution and they can be filled in while the machine is working on.
A particular gear suitable to the nozzle allows to utilize steam at a temperature of 200 - 250°C totally eliminating contaminants on the surfaces to deal with.

The Micro Precision Steam Cleaner (MPS-I) is a small, table top, portable steam cleaner which instantly converts distilled water to high pressure, super-heated steam. The Micro Precision Steam Cleaner is effective for removing grease, oil, flux, adhesive, fingerprints and many other contaminants. Its application is particularly suitable to the electronic and the precision mechanics fields.

The Micro Precision Steam Cleaner is safer than other steam cleaners because it does not store steam under pressure. It uses less water which means less waste. Many surfaces are warmed enough during cleaning to dry quickly. The Micro Precision Cleaner weighs only 8 Kg, and is easily transportable to wherever cleaning is required. The Waste Management System includes a cabinet, exhaust fans, spotlights and cart. Clear vinyl curtains enable the operator to see products being cleaned and avoid splash back. The Waste Management System has a removable drip pan to catch any residue.
