These
equipments working with water detergent solutions consist in one or more tanks
placed side by side on line with ultrasonic groups included. They are
entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304 and are complete of:
Cleaning tanks are manufactured with double wall and duly
insulated to reduce consumptions and soundproof to reduce noise in working
environment. The single tanks are manufactured in models from 4
up to 700 litres and can be places side by side with identical tanks when
is necessary to carry out complex treatment cycles. These tanks are in a single
frame including the ultrasonic cleaning tank and one or more rinsing
tanks.
Either to only tanks or to cleaning cycle lines it is possible
to fit proper conveyor systems in order to obtain a treatment cycle complete
