These equipments consist in one or more tanks placed side by side on line
and can be equipped with ultrasonic groups. They are entirely made of stainless
steel AISI 316 for what concernes parts in touch with solvents and stainless
steel AISI 304 for external parts and frame. They are supplied with:
Cleaning tanks are manufactured with double wall and duly
insulated to reduce consumptions and soundproof to reduce noise in working
environment. The single tanks are manufactured in models from 4
up to 700 litres. Pieces cleaning can be made in solvent vapours or by immersion
in liquid distilled solvent. In this last case it is possible to install ultrasonic
groups that strengthen and accelerate solvent chemical action. Our machines are divided in:
