Either
to only tanks or to cleaning cycle lines it is possible to fit proper conveyor
systems in order to obtain a treatment cycle complete automation. Fismet
Industriale can realize the following standard automations:
Ortagon: it is controlled by a PLC and it can manage
to make any kind of treatment cycle that needs either of a horizontal or vertical
movement. It is made of a crane shifting over the plant as to take pieces
from loading to unloading position passing through the needed treatment sections.
The lifting power of this automation goes from 30 up to 200 kg. Furthermore
with this automation, besides movement, it is possible to obtain following
performances: Robotran: the same as Ortagon, but it has the possibility
to effect the chuck basket rotation. Differently from Ortagon, Robotran has
been developed to be fitted at the back of the plant and not over it in order
to give an automatic transport system evcn to those companies who have height
problems. It is used even in cases it is requested a high cleaning standard
to avoid dust falling on the crane. Multitran: allows the simultaneous movement of several
chuck baskets. The crane system is placed over the tanks. Simultaneously to
the basket loading and unloading the translation has carried out and consequently
each basket moving from a section to an other. The translation has carried
out by a pneumatic system and the lifting by a gearmotor group and rack. With
this system it is possible to reach high productivity levels. Unilift: it is used to have the automation for cleaning
cycles that require the only chuck basket vertical movement. It can effect
all the cycle steps requested and the basket agitation too. The maximum lifting
power goes from 50 up to 300 kg, depending on models. Rotolift: the same as Unilift but furthermore it
allows to have a basket rotation too in the needed positions. Its maximum
lifting power goes from 50 up Chain conveyor: it allows to hook baskets to a proper
integral balance to a moving chain to effect treatment cycles that need high
productivity levels. In case of pieces particularly heavy and overall dimensioned,
this system is carried out with double chain. Carousel conveyor: It consists in a simultaneous lifting
and translation system for several chuck baskets. Belt conveyor: this installation is mainly used for

At any lifting movement-conveying-descent corresponds unloading/loading of
a basket with very high productivity and excellent cleaning results. The hydraulic
system means reliability and allows agitation on all tanks.
All the system has a total fairing with inspection windows and removable panels.
